At PetersTouch Creative, I strive to provide high-quality web design, UX design, digital marketing, SEO optimization, and related services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may or may not be granted. By using my services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a service, the following conditions apply:
✅ Before Work Has Started:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and no work has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
✅ After Work Has Started:
- If you cancel after the project has started but before completion, you may receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
- The refund amount will be determined based on the progress of the project, and an administrative fee of 20% may apply.
❌ After Project Completion:
- Once the website, SEO, digital marketing, or other services have been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- If you are unsatisfied, I will work with you to make reasonable revisions as per our agreement.
1.2 Cancellation by PetersTouch Creative
I reserve the right to cancel any project under the following circumstances:
- The client fails to provide the necessary content, approvals, or communication to proceed.
- The client engages in unethical behavior, including abusive language, fraud, or failure to make payments.
- The project requirements change significantly beyond the original scope without mutual agreement.
If I cancel a project due to my own inability to deliver, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is due to client-related issues, no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated or completed:
❌ Custom website design & development
❌ SEO optimization and digital marketing campaigns
❌ Web hosting & domain name registration (as these are third-party services)
❌ E-commerce store setup after the design process has begun
❌ UI/UX design once mockups and prototypes have been shared
❌ Any work involving third-party integrations
2.2 Refund Eligibility
✅ Refunds are only available before the work has started or if I fail to deliver the agreed service.
✅ If technical issues on my end prevent project completion, a partial or full refund may be issued based on progress.
✅ If you request changes beyond the agreed revisions, additional costs will apply instead of a refund.
3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you dispute a payment (chargeback) without first contacting me to resolve an issue, I reserve the right to take legal action and refuse future services.
- All disputes should be resolved directly with me through [Your Email Address] before initiating a chargeback.
4. Modification of Policy
I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on my website, and continued use of my services means you agree to the updated terms.
